Bernard Fleming has been a REALTOR since 1993.  He has worked as an agent, office manager, Broker and instructor while managing the marketing and sale of over 1000 properties.           His love of real estate has led Bernard to offer a wide variety of real estate services to buyers and seller of real property.  Areas of specialization include: foreclosure sales, property management, loss mitigation, property evaluation and community information seminars on real estate investments.           Bernard holds the ABR, CRS & GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors and has obtained the prestigious CSP designation from National Association of Home Builders.  Through Coldwell Banker’s Partners in Relocation, the Certified Corporate Property Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designation were also obtained.           He attended and graduated from Rutgers University, with a B.S. degree in Marketing.  Completed the Certificate Program in Public Relations from New York University.  Additional course work completed at Howard University and Rutgers College of Engineering.           Bernard moved to Fayetteville North Carolina in July of 2004.  He has been married for over 18 years.  His wife’s name is Linda and they have four children, Nikelle, age 17, Kimberly, age 16, Terrence, age 11 and Tamara, age 5.
